I founded Practice Driver to help independent physicians turn a strong vision for patient care into a sustainable business. I bring more than 35 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and entrepreneurship—along with hands-on experience helping launch and grow a Direct Primary Care practice.

You work directly with me. Together, we identify what your practice needs next and build a practical plan for attracting members, strengthening referral relationships, and making growth easier to manage.

I helped grow an independent Direct Primary Care practice from startup to more than 500 members, including 8 business sponsors, in under 36 months. My work included member inquiries and onboarding, day-to-day practice operations, local business introductions, referral development, and growth execution.

That experience shapes my approach: understand the physician’s goals, make the patient experience welcoming, and build relationships and follow-up systems that support lasting membership growth.

Before Practice Driver, I built my career in B2B sales, national accounts, channel development, and entrepreneurship. My background includes founding Total Choice Technology and leadership roles with Muzak, Mood Media, and Digital Cable Radio. I have trained sales organizations across 25 major U.S. markets and managed a regional team of 12 account executives.

I bring that experience to independent practices through practical outreach, employer partnerships, referral networks, and consistent follow-through. Practice Driver is a veteran-owned business based in Oviedo, Florida.
